We worked with Joe, Donna and Sara to renovate our master bathroom. We couldn’t love it more. You worry that a contractor may not be as particular as you are. No worries there. Their attention to detail and skills are spectacular. We have already booked them for a second project. Perfection.

Joe and Donna helped us create the home of our dreams. We were able to draw up our own unique plans and Joe paid special attention to the smallest of details. He included us on every decision along the way and offered exceptional alternatives while keeping us in our budget. Donna did a fantastic job of getting us a great return on our previous home. JD Meulemans Built a Garage/Workshop for me.
The plans were basically from a sketch and we put our thoughts together to come up with a final plan. There were changes along the way and Joe was very accommodating in making these change
I found Joe to be a very knowledgeable and talented builder. He is patient in answering all your questions throughout the entire process. Very good at communicating and taking the time to explain things to the customer. This was a huge plus as for me. It took away alot of the stress of building. Joe made it a very enjoyable experiance.
Joe and his crew work hard and steady. I was very impressed on how they stayed on the job through out the process until it was done. It was obviously important to him that the customer be happy with his work.
I would hire Joe again in a heartbeat next time I need construction done. I am very happy with the way my Garage/Workshop turned out! Working with Joe was a pleasure!

My wife and I have bought a home from JD Meulemans for our family of 5. We are absolutely loving it. There hasn’t been a “cut corner” in any part of the house. Selling our home, we needed our deck remodeled now!”
We are putting our house on the market in a week and needed an old hot tub removed from our deck and a new deck put in its place. We knew Joe would provide quality workmanship in a very quick, timely manner. He completed the deck beyond our expectations well within the time frame for a very reasonable price. We moved into a home that was a major fixer upper and just didn’t have time to do all the remodeling that needed to be done when we wanted it done. We have a back hall that had nothing but the bare studs. Joe came in and hung new drywall and it is now ready for me to do the finish painting,
We also had a kitchen with no doors on the cabinets. We had Joe build us some flat panel doors that we could paint. He had those finished and hung in no time ready for me to paint.
We definitely will be using JD Meulemans services again. Joe is very reliable, reputable, honest and definitely does quality work.

Farmhouse Renovations
We have registered our farmhouse with the Historical Society and I have enlisted JD Meulemans to do the renovations. To date we have a new custom room divider bookcase with pillars in the living room and are in the process of having custom bookcases built for the bedroom. We are hoping to reconstruct the original two porches as well.
I am very happy with the craftsmanship and personal attention JD Meulemans pays to all their customers and the work they provide. I will definitely continue to use their services.
